Blackdot to share growth story at Salesforce World Tour

Blackdot has been chosen to present at the upcoming Salesforce World Tour where they will be partnering with Salesforce as a Platinum Sponsor.

Blackdot Managing Director Marty Nicholas will take the stage in the Small Business Essentials: Gear Up for Growth breakout session at 8.30am and the customer success session at 2pm.
The event is expected to draw a crowd of over 8,000 attendees in Sydney alone, offering insights from pioneers and innovators who have achieved success for their organisations worldwide. Presentations will include a diverse range of topics including artificial intelligence, marketing, customer service and e-commerce.
During the Small Business Essentials keynote, Marty will discuss Blackdot’s growth story, including how Blackdot leveraged Salesforce’s technology platforms such as Sales Cloud, Pardot and B2B Marketing Analytics to transform the business and enhance its customer offering.

Blackdot will also have a booth on Level 4 in front of Trailhead. At the Blackdot booth, attendees can gain the latest insights on combining Salesforce technology with broader enterprise transformation objectives and enter a competition to win $100k worth of Blackdot services.
